Third-Party Inspection

• Standard: $1,450 + mileage/time to site
• Expedited: $1,900 + mileage/time to site

Tank Testing

• Tank Tightness (Precision): $775 per tank
• Secondary Tank (Interstitial): $175 per tank

Line & Leak Detection

• Line Tightness: $175 each
• Leak Detector Test: $125 each
• Line + Leak Detector Combo: $250 each

System Components

• Shear Valve Function Test: $50 each
• ATG Certification: $300 (up to 4 tanks, 10 sensors, 1 alarm)
• Overfill Prevention Devices: $125 each (drop tubes & ball floats)

Containment & Spill Equipment

• Containment Sumps / UDCs: $275 each
• Spill Buckets (Single or Double Wall): $100 each

Stage I Vapor Recovery & Venting

• Pressure Decay Test: $425 per tank ($350 for manifolded)
• Pressure/Vac Vent Cap Test: $175 each vent cap
• Tank Tie-In (Dry Blockage): $225 per system

Waste & Pump-Out Services

• Drum Removal — Water: $200 (includes travel, labor, disposal)
• Drum Removal — Fuel/Water Mix: Prices vary
• Pump-Out — Water: $75 (first 25 gal) + $1/gal after
• Pump-Out — Contaminated Mix: $125 (first 25 gal) + $1.50/gal after

Labor & Site Fees

• UST Technician: $140/hr
• Service Technician/Tester: $120/hr
• Helper: $105/hr
• Truck Charge: $175 per truck
• Minimum Site Visit — Testing: $525 (minimum; labor & mileage apply)
